I don't see a specific item on your website can you still get it?

We have many vendors. Way to many to list on our website.

When will I receive my order?

90% of orders are completed within one week of artwork approval. Allow an additional 1-5 business days for shipping. You may choose to expedite the shipping or order. Additional charges may apply. We gaurantee your order will be received by the date you need it!

Do you gaurantee your work?

If the work done is significantly different from the proof supplied to you, or when receiving your order there was a defective garment(s), we will return the order as a full refund as long as it is under two weeks from the day you receive it. Gauranteed!

Do you offer contract embroidery?

Can I mix different items for quantity pricing?

For embroidery: If each item you order uses the same design, you may combine items, sizes and colors for pricing (see below for exclusion on headwear), although there is a minimum of six per item per color. For instance, if you order 48 denim shirts, 24 polos and 24 jackets and the same design is used for all items, you would use the “96-143” (48+24+24=96) price break for each item. Because embroidery on headwear requires a special setup and special equipment, headwear must stand alone for quantity pricing and for minimum quantities. Within the headwear category, you may combine items, sizes and colors, as long as each item is embroidered with the same basic design and there is a minimum of six per item per color. For screen printing: You will need to at least get 12 garments before each color change. Color changes are subjected to an $8 color change fee per color changed. If your logo has three colors or more you can only color change every 36 garments. I have an idea for a logo. Can you help me?

How long can artwork take?

If we are creating a new custom design for you or recreating a design for you, expect your initial proof within 1 to 4 business days from the time we finalize the source for your graphic.

Can I see a sample of my embroidery before I place my order?

Within four business days of the time you place your order, we will make a proof of your embroidery available to you for approval. We will not embroider your order without your prior approval. If you have any concerns, please request a pre-production sample.

Because of the considerable number of hours required to prepare and proof your design, we do not prepare embroidery samples before you place your order. However, when you place an order we will prepare a sew out sent to you in a high resolution picture as a proof for your approval prior to production. Sample embroidery is available for a setup fee of $150.00. The sample embroidery charge will be refunded to you minus the digitizing fee when you place a quantity order of at least 12 to 35 pieces. 36+ pieces with one logo under 12,500 stitches will be free of charge. Additional logos will incur digitizing charges between $20 to $100 depending on stitch counts.

Can I see a sample of my screen printing item before I place my order?

You will receive a PDF sample of your artwork and placement on your product needed. 99% of the time a PDF sample of artwork is good enough. If you are the type that physically needs to see a sample due to the complexity of screen printing it is hard to determine what a sample would cost. If I would like to emboidered or screen print more than one logo or location with my order will that change the price?

Yes! More location more money. Please contact us at 914-740-4920 or email us at info@inkitup.com if you need any additional questions answered regarding this.

How many colors can I use for embroidery or screen printing?

We will be able to accomodate up to 15 colors for embroidery and 8 colors for screen printing. There is no charge for using more than a certain number of colors for embroidery. For screen printing process there is additional charges when using more colors. Please call us at 914-740-7920 or email us at info@inkitup.com if you need any further assistance. You can also upload you logo to us with quantity’s needed so we could give you an more accurate quote.

What type of artwork do you prefer?

We would like artwork to be in Vector format or 300 DPI. We also except pdf, jpg, gif, png, ai, ps or practically any other file but charges may apply if not screen print ready.

Do you just screen print and embroider?

No! We do promotional products, magnets, banners etc. Please call 914-740-4920 or email us at info@inkitup.com if you have any further question concerning this.

Do you have product samples and what is your policy?

Samples must be returned within twenty five (25) days of the original order. Once the sample is received, we will issue you a credit for the full cost of the sample, excluding shipping charges. We cannot accept returns of custom embroidered or screen printed products unless the product, embroidery or screen printing is defective or significantly different from proof shown to you. In the event of any such problem please notify us in a timely manner (2 weeks). The custom embroidered or screen printed product will be replaced free of charge.
